How To Avoid Being Brainwashed By The Birkenstocks

Did you see the ABC News report about “The Global Warming Myth?” Don't be a drip, get ROI copywriting

John Stossel uncovered the 5 biggest lies about global warming and reveals how the more credible scientists laugh at global warming panic-mongers. And folks, people like Gore and the Learjet Liberal Eco-Fearmongers, they’re not doing this for altruistic reasons.

They’re doing it because there’s money to be made and they’re making it — while urging you to walk and bike more and take public transportation — something they would never do.

How about you? Are you going “green“? I know I’m seeing red from all the “green” marketing attempts. At dinner with friends over the weekend, one new business owner asked about putting “green” marketing messages in her collateral.

After challenging some of her presuppositions and assumptions she eventually admitted that, while she found it all a bit silly and questionable — her market was looking for it and requesting it.

Though she was more educated about the facts of global warming that many in her market, she still had to cater to its expectations. I totally grok and respect that. Gotta give your market what it’s asking for. Or as an old friend used to say, “Give the people what they want.”

Read the clip below and click the link for all 5 myths.

“But many scientists laugh at the panic.

Dr. John Christy, professor of Atmospheric Science at the University of Alabama at Huntsville said: “I remember as a college student at the first Earth Day being told it was a certainty that by the year 2000, the world would be starving and out of energy. Such doomsday prophecies grabbed headlines, but have proven to be completely false.”
